About Shelleen Valley E.C.

Shelleen Valley E.C. is a loan stables / livery yard / riding School. We welcome visitors but point out that horses are large animals that have the potential to be very dangerous.  We will always try and keep the children on the premises safe (as we have done for many years) but it is ultimately the parents’ responsibility for the safety of their children.  We understand concerns for health and safety.  We feel here at Shelleen Valley E.C. that the ponies are the children’s on their loan days and should be involved in looking after them, and therefore run the yard as livery yard.  We offer all children help with stable duties and riding instruction when possible, but this is free help (NOT A SERVICE). The ponies are loaned for a few days a week and are treated as your own on these days.  This includes anything that the pony needs, not just riding

Riding lessons

Riding lessons are available on Saturdays starting at both 12:30pm and 14:00 pm. The duration of normal lessons is one hour and these can be booked as a standalone activity.
